Stephanie is a certified birth and postpartum doula, newborn care specialist, and yoga teacher serving pregnant individuals in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Birth work has been a part of Stephanie's life for nearly a decade. Before pursuing doula training, she spent time advocating for young women at a pregnancy crisis center in East Africa, as well as shadowing a community midwife and serving pregnant individuals at a clinic in the Philippines. She later worked with survivors of sex-trafficking at a residential recovery home in Central Iowa.

As a birth worker, I am a proponent of bodily autonomy, informed choice, and connection-based care.

I believe that all women are deserving of informed, individual-led perinatal care. My major objective as a doula is to help mothers connect to their unique, innate seed of truth by supporting their specific birth and postpartum needs and empowering them as they transition into a new phase of life.

Services
Birth Package

2 prenatal visits to discuss laboring techniques, medical interventions, comfort measures, and to develop your birth plan.

On call 24/7 starting at 38 weeks, until the birth of your baby.

Continuous support throughout labor, and up to two hours postpartum.

1 postpartum check-in to discuss your birth experience and offer newborn-feeding support as necessary.

Postpartum Care
Meeting you where you're at to provide support during physical/emotional recovery from childbirth, support with infant feeding/soothing during daytime or overnight hours, and help identifying care routines and coping skills for new parents.
$27 daytime hourly
(7am-9pm)
$32 overnight hourly
(9pm-7am)
Private Yoga Healing
Reintegrating mind to body, dropping into rest and awareness, and holding space for the body to soften and open.
Rates to be discussed upon inquiry. Otherwise included in any postpartum package.
